Regina Afari Boateng is a seasoned higher education administrator with over 20 years of progressive experience in university management, project coordination and management, and sports administration. She currently serves as a Senior Assistant Registrar and the Head of the Alumni Development Unit at the Institutional Advancement Directorate, University of Ghana. She is also the Head of Administration at the Digital Youth Village and the Centre for Digital Youth Development, University of Ghana. Regina possesses strong expertise in human resource management, institutional governance, event management, and stakeholder engagement.
Her career reflects exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through her coordination of major university committees and boards, national and international conferences, and multi-million-dollar development projects. A results-driven professional, she combines administrative excellence with strategic vision, high emotional intelligence, and a deep commitment to institutional efficiency and staff development. Her professional goal is to be a transformational leader and agent of change in higher education and public service.
Regina holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, MA in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and BA in Political Science, all from the University of Ghana.
Regina is a conference speaker, a marriage counsellor, an ADR professional and has a passion for mentoring young people.
