Maxwell has 16 years of working experience and is currently an Accounting Assistant at the Institutional Advancement Directorate (InAD). He worked at the University of Ghana Bookshop as a receiving officer and cashier from 2008-2015, and at the Student Financial Aid from 2015-2019. He holds a Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) from the Koforidua Technical University, and ICAG part 1.
