About
Akorfa is a communication professional with vast experience in digital marketing, development, and corporate communications. Akorfa’s career spans EdTech, media, and public relations. Akorfa is the Lead of Marketing and Communications at the Institutional Advancement Directorate (InAD). She holds a Master's Degree in Social Policy Studies and a BA in Sociology and Chinese from the University of Ghana. She has completed a one-year Chinese Language Immersion program at the Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, China. Akorfa has earned certificates in Evaluating Social Programs from the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), GIMPA, Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness from Purple Almond Consulting Services, Dubai, and NGO Project & Operations Management from the Cambridge Center of Excellence.
