The Institutional Advancement Directorate (InAD) of the University of Ghana recently organized a three-day strategy retreat to reflect, realign, and set the course for an impactful 2026. The retreat provided a platform for staff to step away from routine operations and engage in strategic conversations about the future of the University’s advancement agenda.

Over the three days, the team charted bold steps to strengthen the University of Ghana’s visibility, agility, and global engagement. Discussions focused on aligning departmental goals with the University’s strategic priorities, fostering innovation, and identifying actionable strategies to enhance institutional reputation and stakeholder engagement.
