About
Joy Lamptey serves as Assistant Registrar and Project Implementation Lead at the Institutional Advancement Directorate (InAD), University of Ghana. She brings over a decade of experience in programme management, institutional development, stakeholder coordination, and strategic communication.
In her role, Joy leads and supports the execution of high-impact initiatives, including the successful completion of the University’s World Bank Africa Centre of Excellence (ACE) Institutional Impact Project, where her contributions helped secure over US$1 million in improvement capital. Her work spans international institutional accreditation processes, policy development, alumni engagement, donor relations, and the coordination of major construction and digitisation projects such as the UG-Zenith ICT Centre Project.
She holds an MBA in Organisational and Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana and a BSc in Public Relations and Advertising from Covenant University. Her professional development includes certifications in strategic planning, digital collaboration, fundraising strategies, enterprise design thinking, and agile management.
